Future Homebuyers Organization is proud to welcome Ray Colliver to our Board of Directors. Ray brings more than three decades of construction and project‑management leadership to our mission of expanding access to affordable homeownership in Whatcom County.

Ray’s career spans major commercial, cultural, and community projects across the Pacific Northwest. As founder of Colliver Construction Management and a longtime Bellingham resident, he has overseen complex builds from early design through completion, earning a reputation for stepping into challenging situations and delivering results. During his years managing large‑scale projects—including high‑profile work in Seattle—Ray became known as a trusted “Mr. Fix‑It” who could untangle problems and keep projects moving forward .

His experience includes senior leadership roles in design and construction, deep knowledge of efficient project delivery, and a commitment to practical, community‑minded solutions. Ray’s background aligns powerfully with FHO’s work to create permanently affordable homes through innovative models, adaptive reuse, and partnerships that prioritize equity and long‑term stability.
